Recycling Paper

Wherever you find a paper shredder you’re almost guaranteed to find a large pile of shredded paper. Recycling paper once it’s shredded is generally considered the environmentally friendly thing to do. This process is easy and can help conserve our resources.

Recycling paper from an office can be of great benefit to the community. For every ton of paper that is recycled over 3 cubic yards of landfill can be saved. Each ton of recycled paper can also save over 7000 gallons of water and 4000 kilowatt hours of energy.

Recycling paper is also a great way to conserve out forests. Seventeen thirty-foot trees can be saved for each ton of paper that is recycled. In today’s world, conserving our natural resources should be a priority for everyone.
